Why an ESG strategy is essential 
The European framework is gradually requiring companies to publish a report on their non-financial performance, covering environmental (such as CO₂ emissions, resource management or biodiversity), social (employee well-being, purchasing practices, inclusion) and governance (transparency in decision-making) aspects.

Although this obligation primarily concerns large companies, SMEs are also affected, especially when they operate in the value chain of these large organizations. Anticipating these requirements is therefore crucial not only to remain competitive, but also to cope with the growing impact of the environmental crisis on resources and costs.
