Meet Spanish companies: bid for EU projects and tenders

Are you interested in international projects and tenders in such key sectors as water and sanitation, climate change, digitalization, and ICT and looking for partnerships? Have you considered partnering with Spanish companies to boost your success rate?

On 17 September, we are delighted to extend a special invitation to you for an info session to learn about funding and tender opportunities in these sectors and for business meetings with leading Spanish bidding companies.

This event underscores our commitment as the Chamber of Commerce and the Brussels contact point of Enterprise Europe Network to foster international collaboration and provide Brussels companies with various opportunities for growth. By connecting with Spanish companies, we enable businesses  to explore valuable partnerships and funding opportunities in pivotal sectors.

Key Topics Addressed:

  • EU tenders
  • establishing strategic alliances
  • international cooperation

Why Partner with Spanish Companies?

Increase in international project awards to Spanish companies: In recent years, Spanish companies have seen a significant rise in receiving international grants and projects. In 2022, the total value of contracts secured by Spanish firms in international tenders increased by 10% compared to 2021, surpassing pre-pandemic levels.

Government support from various Spanish regions:  The government actively supports Spanish companies to participate in international tenders, bolstering their global competitiveness. Various Spanish regions are providing coordinated governmental support to enhance success rates further. This support is expected to benefit the consortium.

Funding Opportunities in Regional Operational Programmes (ROPs): There are opportunities for funding in Regional Operational Programmes (ROPs) for collaborative projects within the participating sectors: water and sanitation, climate change, digitalization, and ICT.

Business mission of Spanish bidding companies

The TENDERboost programme comprises Proexca and the Chambers of Commerce of the Canary Islands, together with Tenerife Licita, the Enterprise Europe Network, Andalucía Trade, IVACE +, Asturex, the Chamber of Commerce of Cáceres, the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, and Extremadura Avante.
