Round table - Let’s break the taboos to build effective and sustainable solutions together.
Conversation in French
Everyone has the right to work in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued. The environment in which everyone works must be inclusive and respectful. That's why, to mark the International Day against Harassment and for Inclusion in the World of Work, we are organising a round-table discussion on 23 May from 2pm to 5pm at our offices.
During this day, experts and opinion leaders will be giving their views on the crucial issues of inclusion and the fight against harassment in the workplace. They will highlight the challenges and solutions associated with this issue.
We will have the honor to listen to UNIA on the performance of Belgian and Brussels inclusion schemes compared to the EU, as well as GESDA on the deployment of artificial intelligence to reduce inequalities and promote inclusive development.
Marine Soichot will bring a dose of humour to our afternoon, while shedding light on the ordinary sexism which still occurs today.
The second part will be dedicated to an open and constructive debate on the solutions and actions to be taken to improve inclusion and activation in the workplace.
Finally, we will close the event with a speech by Bernard Clerfayt, followed by a reception to continue the exchanges in a convivial setting.
By attending this event, you are actively contributing to the creation of a more inclusive and respectful working environment for all. Your presence demonstrates your commitment to these fundamental values and your desire to be part of positive change in the professional world.
We very much hope to see you at this event, which is essential for building a fairer and more equitable professional future for everyone.
