It's going to be a busy autumn for female entrepreneurship in Brussels! Womenpreneur-Initiative is celebrating the talent of our Region's female entrepreneurs with two events on 30 September and 5 October: the Womenpreneur Awards and the Womenpreneur Market.
Through these events, Womenpreneur continues to strengthen its commitment to women entrepreneurs, boosting their visibility and supporting their growth. Here's what you need to know:
1. Womenpreneur Awards: the ceremony that rewards female entrepreneurs
Supporting and highlighting female entrepreneurs is in the DNA of Womenpreneur. That's why we feel it's so important to reward women who are full of ambition and enthusiasm. For the third year in a row, the Womenpreneur Awards are back on Monday 30 September at the Brussels Town Hall.
The Womenpreneur Awards are returning this year with the same objective: to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit, diversity and Brussels, but above all the region's female entrepreneurs. Following this spring's elections, it will be an opportunity to discuss female entrepreneurship in Brussels under the new government. To round off the evening, prizes will be awarded to the Tech & Innovation, Social and Sustainable entrepreneurs, as well as the people's choice award.
As well as raising the visibility of women entrepreneurs, the Womenpreneur Awards aim to develop a shared understanding of Belgian women entrepreneurship and to include the whole ecosystem, entrepreneurs, investors and political decision-makers.

2. The Womenpreneur Market will make the Place de la Monnaie shine
On Saturday 5 October, the Womenpreneur Market returns for its third edition!
Following the success of previous editions, Womenpreneur is relaunching its market to support female entrepreneurs. Come discover 30 exhibitors from Brussels, representing the talent and diversity of our region, on the Place de la Monnaie on Saturday 5 October from 10 am to 6 pm.
Through the Womenpreneur Market, the objectives of Womenpreneur remain true to the values of the NPO: to support women entrepreneurs by boosting their visibility and financial gain. And once again this year, Womenpreneur has put together the necessary conditions to create a unique and enjoyable experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.
In addition to the exhibitors, you'll find free entertainment and activities to keep you amused while you discover the capital's flamboyant businesses.
