What is a company domicile?

➤ A company domicile enables your company to be identified and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises in Belgium.
- ➤ More precisely, a domicile is the administrative, tax and/or operating address of a company. Designating an address for your company's registered office and/or business premises is therefore essential if you want to carry out your business project or simply transfer your registered office and/or business premises to a more strategic location.
- ➤ Domiciling your company means assigning an official address to your organisation, which will appear on all legal documents (letters, invoices, etc.).
We therefore offer you a physical mailbox on Avenue Louise 500 in 1050 Brussels, accessible during our opening hours.
How do I domicile my company?
A domiciling contract is signed between the domiciliary company and the beneficiary.
