How to expand internationally with the EEN programme?
BECI

Internationalising your business by exporting or importing goods or services requires a wide range of skills and mastery of all the steps involved in completing a contract.

They include a diagnosis of the company's capacity to internationalise its activities, market research, contractual and financial aspects, risk management, local regulatory requirements and, of course, the cultural aspects of the market. Identifying potential customers or suppliers and promoting your products or services to the identified targets also requires a significant investment in terms of time and money.

BECI / Enterprise Europe Brussels supports Brussels SMEs in their international development through information and advice services and by putting them in touch with foreign companies.

EEN, a support network

Enterprise Europe Network is a network of business support organisations, of which BECI is the reference point for companies in Brussels.

BECI and hub.brussels are home to Enterprise Europe Brussels experts who provide advice and support services on internationalisation, innovation, digitalisation and the transition to greater sustainability to SMEs based in the Brussels-Capital Region.

The network's basic services provide direct and simple answers to a company's questions, so that it does not need additional assistance to respond to its specific request. Basic services are standard and are not specifically customised.

The network's advanced services support customers faced with more complex questions, problems or obstacles, and help them prepare to implement their internationalisation strategy in the medium and long term.

The internationalisation programme

Offered by BECI/Enterprise Europe Brussels, it consists of personalised information and advice services and introductions to companies abroad.

It focuses on international development within the European internal market and access to foreign markets outside the European Union, as well as contacts with foreign companies.

It all starts with an understanding of the company's activities, its international development plans and its needs.

Through the EEN internationalisation programme, BECI/Enterprise Europe Brussels will provide you with the following personalised services:

- You tell us your specific needs and questions, and we will provide you with the appropriate information and advice.

- Regular information related to your needs.

- Dissemination of your profile and business opportunity (offer or request) on the EEN matchmaking platform.

- Putting you in touch with foreign companies following an expression of interest.

- Dissemination of your business opportunity to members and partners of the EEN network in your target countries.

- Access to EEN matchmaking events.

An evaluation of the impact of these services will be requested annually from the company.

Contact BECI / Enterprise Europe Brussels to obtain the documents to be completed with your questions, needs, as well as information on your company profile and your business opportunity (offer or request) with a view to dissemination on the Enterprise Europe Network matchmaking platform.
