What is it about?

The MeDoFly Acceleration Program proposed by BECI is a program aimed at supporting Belgian companies in the growth phase (“scale-up”) to develop their project. It is divided into three support phases:

• “Me” phase which offers exchanges between the Participant and inspiring founders of existing scale-ups (talk shows, pitches, etc.);
• “Do” phase which offers the Participant the opportunity to develop an action plan for their growth project, in collaboration with experts in different fields (training, INTAKE day, peer to peer exchanges, etc.); duration of 6 months
• “Fly” phase which consists of a period of support for the Participant in the effective implementation of their action plan (mentoring, monitoring, networking with the BECI community, etc.); duration of 12 months

Participation in the first “Me” phase is free.

Participation in the second “Do” phase amounts to € 7,500 (excl. VAT), including annual membership, and includes:

• Check-in of the companies supported​
• ​​Personality and leadership test, Pimento Map + debriefing
• Pitching your activity in front of a panel of experts to challenge you and make you think about an action plan for the next 3 years.
• 12 growth hacking blocks offered in the evening 1x/week (3 hours) by top experts + partners (Partena, KBC, Daoust, Actiris)
• Strategy, Leadership, Sales/Pricing, Funding, HR, Capital, Sustainability, Marketing, Innovation, Legal, International and Pitch
• Individual interviews with 3 experts of your choice​
• Debriefing
• Pitching your action plan in front of a panel of experts
• ​Checkout of the Do phase, if not, a review

The third phase “Fly” (12 months) costs 1,500 (excl. VAT) for mentoring.

At the end of the first year, the continuation of participation in the MeDoFly program for the Participant amounts to the annual membership of BECI for the supported company.

Selection of companies that will join cohort IV

• You have to be a start-up in growth or restructuring, transformation and innovation, tech or non-tech
• You have to be a company that wants to launch an innovative project to accelerate its development
• You need a turnover of between €300K and €3M/year
• You have your headquarters in Belgium

A jury of experts will select the most promising companies to ensure an enriching and innovative experience.
