Meeting with a Moroccan delegation in the construction sector

The building and public works sector in Morocco is a major part of the national economy, accounting for 6% of GDP, and is experiencing significant growth. Infrastructure has seen a significant increase of 61%, reflecting the strong demand in this field..

As part of their participation in the Batibouw trade fair, the Belgo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco is accompanying a delegation of some thirty Moroccan entrepreneurs active in the construction sector to Brussels. On this occasion, in order to create opportunities for collaboration, Beci is organising a meeting with the Moroccan companies in the delegation for its members operating in the construction sector.

The President of the Belgian-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Edwin Sluismns will present the many opportunities offered by Morocco. Then, an informal networking meeting will take place between the Belgian and Moroccan participants.

This meeting will be an excellent opportunity to establish direct contacts and exchange on opportunities for collaboration with the members of the delegation, which will be composed of some 30 companies active in various fields related to construction: architecture, engineering, construction, electrical works, construction machinery, real estate development, etc.

The aim of this meeting is to:

  • Promoting trade: Discuss business, investment and export opportunities for Moroccan and Belgian companies.
  • Facilitating partnerships: Encourage the development of joint projects and initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and innovation in both countries.
