BECI is delighted to invite you to discover the VIP areas of Forest National on 6 December during the second edition of BECI Rediscovery – this year with a special appearance by Stars 80! Houda Douhri, Forest National office manager and spokesperson, introduces us to these B2B spaces.

BECI and events organisation company Be.at Venues have come together to present the VIP areas of Forest National in Brussels. The venue is well known to music lovers, but it is far more than just another concert space.

With a capacity of up to 8000 people, it is also ideal for professional events, and offers a wide range of business-to-business services. In advance of the BECI Rediscovery Stars 80 special on 6 December, we talked to Houda Douhri, Forest National’s office manager and spokesperson, to find out more.

Cutting edge event solutions

“Events are our core business,” says Douhri. Be.at Venues, the company behind Forest National, specialises in organising tailor-made business events. It also presents 80–90 concerts per year. “We’re the biggest group in Belgium, with seven venues in our portfolio, including the Sportpaleis in Antwerp.”

One of the major advantages of Forest National is its flexibility. “We can accommodate groups from 50 to 8000 people,” explains Douhri. This adaptability allows the venue to fulfil its clients’ needs – whether for small private events or large gatherings. “Our spaces are ideal for a range of professional events, from seminars and conferences to team building exercises or staff parties. Companies that haven’t previously experienced the venue are always surprised by the flexibility we can offer.”

Tailor-made VIP spaces

What kinds of spaces are available for companies to hold their private events? Forest National’s VIP areas make the ideal setting for private corporate events. “These spaces are perfect for rewarding employees or thanking loyal customers,” continues Houda Douhri.

And not only does Forest National hire out the spaces – it also offers a range of event management services. “We organise events from A to Z,” Douhri explains. This includes booking artistes, providing security, site staff and even a medical team if required. “The company needn’t worry about anything. All they have to do is come along, present their tickets and the event can begin. Our staff look after them from the moment they arrive to the departure of the final guest.” This turnkey approach makes it extremely straightforward to organise a business event at Forest National.

A historical venue

“Our expertise is what marks us out. Our infrastructure and contact network make it easy for us to book artists,” says Houda Douhri. And Forest National’s extensive network stems from its history. “The venue is 50 years old, and is renowned as a temple of rock music. That history adds enormously to any event held here,” Douhri concludes.

Discover Forest National’s VIP treatment

“The best way to appreciate Forest National’s VIP package is to experience it for yourself. And that’s what we’ll be doing during the BECI Rediscovery event,” says Houda Douhri.

For this second edition on 6 December at Forest National, BECI Rediscovery presents a retro theme. BECI has partnered with Be.at Venues, to offer its members a unique event: a Stars 80 concert.

As a loyal member company, you are invited to travel back to the 1980s for this very special evening. You’ll also get to experience the newly renovated VIP spaces, and have the opportunity to reinforce and expand your network in a vintage ambiance!
