With this in mind, we are happy to invite Beci members to the Industry Day 2025 at Chièvres Air Base. This event is an opportunity to learn more about doing business with the U.S. Government and NATO/SHAPE. It is designed to provide valuable information on how to navigate the procurement process, explore potential business opportunities, and connect with key players.

Registration - important!
Free of charge; registration is mandatory
Register by 10 February at the latest. It is mandatory to provide the full name of the participant, the name and VAT of the company.
After the registration and Beci pre-screening, you can expect to be contacted by representatives of the Regional Contracting Office via email with their official address @army.mil, requesting any additional information necessary to access the base..
To complete the security clearance process, the Regional Contracting Office will request that each participant provide a Certificate of Good Conduct and a copy of their ID card.
Participants can choose to submit this information via email with a domain @army.mil, or if they prefer, they can have their ID card scanned at the gate by an officer on the day of the event.
The scanning process will only take a few minutes.
