Telework checklist

The health crisis has undoubtedly changed attitudes to teleworking . During this crisis, many employees (at least partially) provided their services remotely. However, the end of the health crisis did not mean the end of teleworking. Many companies have introduced various forms of teleworking or hybrid working (partly teleworking, partly in the office) for their employees. Teleworking is therefore establishing itself as a lasting trend, despite the end of the health crisis.

Here's a checklist on teleworking developed with Julien Hick  and  Heleen Franco,  lawyers at  AKD . This checklist compares the main obligations applicable to employers under each teleworking arrangement (particularly structural and occasional).
