They will talk about their journey and the challenges they have faced in their professional and private careers. You will then have the opportunity to submit your candidacy to join our
What is it about ?
The MeDoFly growth program helps ambitious start-ups and SME’s to boost their business. This support is spread over 1.5 years with, at start, 3 months of intensive training given by renowned experts. After a strict selection, the candidates are regrouped in Cohorts of 8-10 entrepreneurs and mentored by the best names in the Belgian entrepreneurial world.

💥 Fabien Pinckaersis the founder and CEO ofOdoo, a company specialising in businness management software. This is a true Belgian success story, the company, founded in 2002 under the name TinyERP, has become the first Belgian unicorn, a title given to startups with a valuation exceeding one billion dollars. In November 2024, Odoo raised €500 million, bringing its valuation to €5 billion. Under the leadership of Fabien Pinckaers, the company has expanded to more than 10 countries, including the United States and Dubai, and now counts more than 7 million users.
💥 Diana Borcescu is an entrepreneur specialising in the development of immersive technologies for therapeutic purposes. As co-founder and CEO ofInMersiv Technologies, she works to improve the well-being of people suffering from neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. Among its innovations, InMersiv has created Sam Therapy, an autonomous system offering photorealistic immersion in 4D. Equipped with 360° graphics, Sam Therapy is designed to improve the well-being of suffering patients by providing relaxing sensorial environments without the use of medication. Diana has a degree in digital design and studied art in the public space at ARBA-ESA, giving her unique expertise in designing immersive spaces adapted to patients' needs. She is also an alumni of Start.LAB Brussels and is continuing her training at WSL, the incubator for techno-entrepreneurs
💥Louis Jonckheere is an established businessman in the technology sector. He has co-founded a number of companies, including In The Pocket, a studio specialising in the development of digital products and apps, and Showpad, a platform that helps companies optimise their business processes using advanced digital tools. Together, those firms employ more than 750 people. At the same time, Louis holds the position of Vlerick Business School, where he mentors young entrepreneurs. He is currently CEO of Wintercircus in Ghent, an innovative project that combines art, culture, music and technology to create a space that is unique in Europe.
💥 Aïssa Laroussi, is a visionary businessman renowned for his innovations in a variety of sectors. In 2020, he founded Enky, a start-up offering a subscription-based furniture solution, with aesthetic, ergonomic and sustainable furniture made in Europe. This model enables businesses to optimise their cash flow while furnishing their spaces in a flexible and responsible way. Enky embodies its commitment to sustainability and the circular economy, offering an ecological alternative to traditional furniture purchases.
